Experiential Learning Model
We use Kolb’s experiential model of learning as it focuses on the adult learner’s life experiences and provides great learning opportunities in the forms of large and small group discussions, simulations, and collaborative learning. Our learners draw from their personal, professional, and technical backgrounds to achieve a broader understanding of leadership and management topics.
Experiential learning is very powerful for adult learners because they have the life experience and cognitive ability to reflect, develop new ideas, and take positive action. It also provides adults with the life experience they need to place their new skills into practice and how to implement their skills.

His clear communication style and commitment to the success of the project helped us efficiently implement our new review process central to retaining our associates and dramatically decreased employee churn."
Fritz Neumann | Founder
"When I was forming my insurance agency I hired Greg to create a new business plan. The plan Greg designed blew me away as I was able to use the business plan to secure funds to purchase a book of business. He reconnects with me every year to follow-up and make strategic updates to keep our business plan current."
Jon Washburn | CISO
"Greg was engaging and very helpful, often staying late to answer questions. His professional development sessions improved our understanding of project management principles, I'd recommend reaching out to Greg if your organization is looking to embark on any process improvement projects."
